1. About us

These General Terms of Sale apply to digital products and digital access sold under the brand ONE OFFER FORWARD.

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the legal business identified above.

“You” and “your” refer to the individual or organisation purchasing or using a Digital Product.

2. These Terms

These Terms govern your purchase and use of our Digital Products.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You have read and accepted these Terms.
The information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You are at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
You are authorised to use the payment method submitted at checkout.

The product description, sales page, checkout page, order confirmation and any specific written terms displayed for an offer form part of the agreement between you and us.

Where offer-specific terms conflict with these General Terms, the offer-specific terms will apply to that purchase, except where they attempt to exclude a right that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Digital Products

“Digital Products” may include:

Downloadable documents, ebooks, guides, workbooks and reports.
Templates, prompts, scripts, checklists, spreadsheets and other digital assets.
Videos, audio files, recordings and training materials.
Online courses, memberships, portals and learning platforms.
Software-based tools, online resources and digital services.
Access to private communities, content libraries or resource areas.
Any other digital content or digital access described on the relevant sales page.

The exact contents of your purchase will be those described on the sales page and checkout page at the time you place your order.

4. Placing an order

When you submit payment, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant Digital Product.

Your order is accepted when:

Your payment has been successfully authorised; and
We send you an order confirmation or provide access to the Digital Product.

We may reject or cancel an order before acceptance where:

Payment cannot be authorised.
The price or product description contained an obvious error.
We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised payment activity.
The Digital Product is unavailable.
The purchase would breach applicable law or payment provider rules.
You are located in a country or territory we cannot lawfully serve.

Where we cancel an order after taking payment and before providing the Digital Product, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Prices, currencies and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Your bank, card provider or payment provider may apply:

Currency conversion charges.
International transaction charges.
Bank fees.
Other charges outside our control.

We are not responsible for charges imposed independently by your bank or payment provider.

Any sales tax, VAT, GST or similar tax that we are legally required to collect will be displayed or included at checkout where applicable.

You are responsible for any tax, levy or charge that applies in your country and is not collected by us at checkout.

Prices may change at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

6. Payment

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorised third-party payment provider.

We do not normally receive or store your full card details. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

You agree to provide current and accurate billing information.

You must not:

Use a payment method without authorisation.
Submit false or misleading payment information.
Attempt to avoid payment.
make an unjustified chargeback after receiving access to the Digital Product.

A chargeback does not remove your responsibility to pay amounts that are properly due.

Where a payment is reversed, disputed or charged back, we may suspend your access while the matter is investigated.

7. Delivery and access

Digital Products are normally delivered by:

Email containing a download or access link.
Redirect to a download or confirmation page.
Access to an online account, course, portal or membership area.
Another method described on the sales page.

Delivery times shown on the sales page are estimates unless we expressly state that a date is guaranteed.

You are responsible for:

Providing the correct email address.
Checking your spam, promotions and junk folders.
Maintaining a suitable internet connection and compatible device.
Downloading and securely storing downloadable files.
Keeping your login details confidential.

You should contact us at hello@oneofferforward.com if you have not received access within 24 hours of purchase.

We may require reasonable verification of your identity or purchase before resending access information.

8. Duration of access

The duration of access will be stated on the sales page, checkout page or order confirmation.

Where no duration is specified, access will continue for as long as we reasonably continue to operate and support that Digital Product, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Any reference to “lifetime access” means access for the supported commercial lifetime of the relevant Digital Product or platform. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or an indefinite guarantee that a particular website, platform or technology will remain available forever.

We may migrate content to a different platform or replace a Digital Product with substantially equivalent content where reasonably necessary.

9. Your licence to use the Digital Product

Unless the sales page expressly states otherwise, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Digital Product.

You may:

Use the Digital Product for your own personal purposes.
Use it internally within your own business, where the product is sold for business use.
Download and store a reasonable number of copies for your own permitted use.

You may not:

Sell, resell, sublicense, rent, lease or commercially distribute the Digital Product.
Share your login details or access links with another person.
Upload the Digital Product to a shared drive, membership platform, marketplace or public website.
Copy, reproduce or distribute substantial parts of the Digital Product.
Remove copyright notices, branding or ownership information.
Claim the Digital Product or any part of it as your own creation.
Use the Digital Product to create a competing product based substantially on our content.
Use automated systems to scrape, extract or reproduce the Digital Product.
Use the Digital Product for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
Allow more users to access the Digital Product than the licence purchased permits.

Additional commercial use, resale, agency or client licences must be expressly agreed in writing.

10. Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights in the Digital Products, website, branding, designs, videos, written content, templates and other materials remain owned by us or our licensors.

Purchasing a Digital Product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

You receive only the limited right to use the Digital Product as described in these Terms and on the relevant sales page.

“ONE OFFER REWARD”, associated branding and product names may not be used without our prior written permission.

11. Immediate supply of digital content

Our Digital Products are generally supplied or made accessible immediately after purchase.

Where applicable law gives you a cancellation or cooling-off period, you expressly request that supply of the Digital Product begins immediately.

Where the law permits, you acknowledge that once the download, delivery, streaming or digital access begins, you may lose your right to cancel solely because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect any right you may have where the Digital Product is faulty, materially misdescribed, not supplied, or where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.

12. Refunds and cancellations

Because Digital Products can be downloaded, copied or accessed immediately, we do not normally provide refunds merely because:

You changed your mind.
You decided not to use the Digital Product.
You did not complete the training or access the materials.
You no longer need the Digital Product.
You expected a result that was not promised on the sales page.
You failed to review the product description or technical requirements before purchasing.

A refund may be provided where:

A specific refund guarantee was displayed for your offer and you meet its stated conditions.
You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
We cannot provide the Digital Product you purchased.
The Digital Product is materially faulty or materially different from its description.
Applicable consumer law requires a refund or another remedy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. United Kingdom consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, your rights under applicable consumer legislation remain unaffected.

Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a stated purpose and as described.

Where digital content does not meet legal requirements, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy, depending on the circumstances.

Where you expressly request immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge the loss of your cancellation right, your right to cancel for change of mind may end once supply begins.

14. Australian consumer rights

If you are a consumer in Australia, our Digital Products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Where there is a major failure, you may be entitled to cancel the relevant service and receive a refund for the unused portion, or compensation for its reduced value.

You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage where required by Australian Consumer Law.

15. South African consumer rights

If you are a consumer in South Africa, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 or other applicable legislation.

Any applicable statutory cooling-off, cancellation, quality, disclosure and remedy rights will continue to apply.

16. Consumers in other countries

If you purchase as a consumer from another country, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your usual country of residence.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a mandatory consumer right that applies to you.

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory local consumer law, the mandatory local law will apply only to the extent of that conflict.

17. Educational and informational purposes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our Digital Products are provided for general educational and informational purposes.

They do not constitute:

Legal advice.
Financial or investment advice.
Tax or accounting advice.
Medical or mental health advice.
Employment advice.
A promise of business, income, career or personal results.

You should obtain independent professional advice where appropriate.

18. No guarantee of results

Results depend on factors outside our control, including your:

Personal circumstances.
Skills, experience and judgement.
Effort and implementation.
Market conditions.
Business model.
Financial circumstances.
Decisions and actions.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, illustrations and previous results do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar outcome.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to apply the information provided.

19. Accuracy and updates

We take reasonable care when preparing our Digital Products, but information may become outdated or may not apply to every country, industry or situation.

We do not promise that every part of a Digital Product will remain current indefinitely.

Any significant change will not affect your statutory rights.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, pricing, policies or actions.

You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the third party’s own terms.

A reference to a third party does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.

21. Accounts and acceptable use

Where your purchase includes an account or membership, you must keep your login details confidential.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity occurred because of a security failure for which we are legally responsible.

You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that you have:

Shared account access.
Infringed intellectual property rights.
Harassed another user or member of staff.
Used the Digital Product unlawfully.
Attempted to damage or disrupt our website or systems.
Made fraudulent payments or chargebacks.
Materially breached these Terms.

Where reasonably possible, we will give you notice and an opportunity to correct the breach before permanently terminating access, unless the breach is serious, fraudulent or creates an immediate risk.

22. Communities and user conduct

Where a Digital Product includes access to a group, community or discussion area, you must communicate respectfully and lawfully.

You must not post or share:

Illegal, abusive, threatening or discriminatory material.
Confidential information belonging to another person.
Misleading promotions or spam.
Material that infringes intellectual property rights.
Malware or harmful code.
Content unrelated to the purpose of the community.

We may remove content or restrict participation where reasonably necessary to protect the community, our business or other users.

23. Availability

We aim to keep our websites and digital platforms available, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be affected by:

Maintenance.
Security updates.
Internet failures.
Platform outages.
Hosting failures.
Payment provider disruption.
Events outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant interruption affects a paid Digital Product, we will take reasonable steps to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative.

24. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Deliberate misconduct.
Breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the paragraph above, we will not be liable for:

Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Losses caused by your failure to follow instructions.
Losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you.
Losses caused by third-party websites, software or services.
Loss of data where you failed to maintain reasonable backups.
Business losses suffered by a consumer purchasing primarily for personal use.

Where you purchase wholly or mainly for business purposes, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill, contracts, customers or business data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the total amount you paid for that purchase.

This section does not restrict any mandatory consumer remedy.

25. Privacy and personal information

26. Events outside our control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and resume performance as soon as reasonably practicable.

27. Changes to these Terms

Security or operational requirements.
Improvements in clarity.

The Terms in force when you place an order will normally apply to that purchase.

Where a change materially affects ongoing access, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

28. Assignment

You may not transfer your purchase, licence or account to another person without our written permission.

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation where this does not reduce your rights or materially disadvantage you.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

30. No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

31. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the relevant sales page, checkout page, order confirmation, Privacy Policy and any offer-specific terms, form the agreement between you and us concerning the purchase.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or prevents a consumer from relying on a statement or right that cannot legally be excluded.

32. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not remove any mandatory protection given to you by the laws of the country where you normally live.

Before starting legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at hello@oneofferforward.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.

If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law, including the courts of your usual country of residence where the law permits.

If you purchase wholly for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
